SHIPPING INFORMATION
SINCERE delivers worldwide except the russian federation and the republic of belarus.
All orders are processed only after successful payment.
Most items ordered are processed within two-three business days. In case of unpredictable technical problems, we will inform you about the delivery delay by an e-mail.
All orders are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that your order may be subject to taxes/duties that are levied by the local customs office. Additional customs clearance charges must be paid by you.
SINCERE has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
We offer free express shipping on all orders above €800.
Shipping times are based on our best estimate and can extend during the Holidays, sales and special offers periods. We cannot specify the exact time of your delivery, just the possible timeframe and a confirmation email will be sent when your package is on its way. Please note we are unable to ship to PO boxes.
